2020 Contribution Campaign
In 1997, SCCD initiated a membership program to provide an opportunity for local residents to show their support for natural resources in Sheridan County. Invasive Grasses in Wyoming
Two invasive grasses have been identified in Sheridan and Campbell County. Medusahead and ventenata are invasive annual grasses with extremely aggressive characteristics. They can negatively impact pasture and rangeland by excluding desirable native species and reducing livestock forage by up to 70%.
